Best Seen was born from my own journey of moving through complex, cross-functional roles and realizing that my value was not always easy to explain, even when my impact was clear. Over time, through coaching, mentorship, and lived experience, I came to see that my real strength was not defined by title. It was in creating clarity, solving meaningful problems, and helping people move forward with confidence. I created Best Seen to help women do the same: understand their value more deeply, express it more powerfully, and be recognized for the full weight of what they bring. Because being capable is not always enough. You also have to be seen.
